Optimal Management of Energy Consumption in an Autonomous Power System Considering Alternative Energy Sources

This work aims to analyze and manage the optimal power consumption of autonomous system within Pamir region Republic Tajikistan, based on renewable energy sources. The task is solved through linear programming methods, production rules mathematical modeling modes by generating consumers. It assumed that consumers in considered have an opportunity independently cover shortage installing additional objective function minimize financial expenses for own consumption, maximize them from both export redistribution flows. In this study, ratio generation alternative sources daily winter was established be hydroelectric plants (94.8%), wind plant (3.8%), solar photovoltaic (0.5%) storage (0.8%); while it not required summer due ability ensure balance plants. As a result, each consumer can their profit exchange with other consumers, depending selected sources, thus becoming good example carbon-free usage at micro- mini-grid level.
